After 1,000s of gameplay hours, the competition to find the best all-round gamer has finished.
On Tuesday August 4th, Paul "Paj" Jones was crowned victorious, and you can read an interview with him on this page.

Manic Fragging!
Over 500 gamers from a number of online communities took part in the Enter Area-51 Challenge, battling through the stages to get to the heart of Area-51.
On their way they killed each other 85,000 times, and destroyed half a million virtual zombies during 1,000s of gameplay hours.
Some players were so dedicated to the competition, and so eager to prove their talent over that of rival players, that they went above and beyond the requirements, getting as many as 2,500 kills - at a rate of one kill per minute that would have taken them over thirty hours of solid gaming to achieve!
While the competition was open to players of all skills, we certainly saw some of the cream of the crop turn up, with an overall average of 60% headshots for all kills (the most difficult kill to achieve), and some players managing to achieve a "kill per death ratio" of more than 2 over hundreds of kills!
That couldn't stop players enjoying themselves however, as we amazingly saw over 1,000 knife kills - humiliating for any player on the receiving end!
The 51 gamers who progressed to stage two of the competition notched up 1,000 hours of Left 4 Dead between them, an astounding amount in just two weeks. On their journey, they killed no fewer than 500,000 zombies, and in the 3,000 games they played managed to unlock over 1,500 achievements between them.
