Begins: Saturday 4th July

Qualifying here will require both a steadfast aim and an unyielding endurance.

Each contestant will have to play on our official Area-51 ranked Counter-Strike: Source deathmatch servers.

To make it into the next round you will need to secure over 1,000 kills, and to finish in the top 51 of the rankings based on your points (calculated from your kills and deaths count).

Inside Area-51 - Don't get Left 4 Dead

Begins: Saturday 18th July

Battling through to the core of Area-51 won't be easy. At this stage you will face hoards of zombies thanks to Valve's recent popular gaming title Left 4 Dead.

Each contestant will be monitored on total kills and achievements via Valves secure servers. A score table will be updated each day to give finalists a chance to up their game in order to reach the top.

Contestants through to this stage will be given a steam account to use when playing Left 4 Dead.
